Built with a fully welded steel frame and 80402.5mm heavy-duty beams, it offers exceptional structural integrity while maintaining a manageable tare weight of 1350 kg. With a total weight capacity (ATM) of 4500 kg, it can easily support fully equipped tiny homes, making it ideal for both cross-country travel and permanent stationary placement.

• Extendable Outriggers: Heavy-duty outriggers provide extra width and stability, ensuring safe transport and secure parking on uneven terrain.
• Precision Leveling System: 4 adjustable support legs and 6 external supports allow for precise leveling, creating a solid, level platform for tiny home construction.
• Smooth Towing Performance: A 9-leaf rocker roller suspension system, paired with 225/70R15LT tires and 12-inch electric drum brakes, delivers a smooth, stable ride and reliable stopping power.
• Corrosion Resistance: A spray molding surface treatment and matte black finish protect the steel frame from the elements, extending the trailer’s service life.

Safety is at the core of our design. The new trailer is equipped with LED ADR lights for enhanced visibility on international roads and meets rigorous global certification standards, including ISO 9001/TS 16949, CCC, CE, ADR, and DOT. This ensures the trailer is compliant for use and transport across North America, Europe, Oceania, and other key markets.

The 5900*2200mm internal flatbed provides ample space for custom tiny home layouts, while the overall dimensions of 7260*2200*800mm balance maneuverability and functional living area. Clients can also customize the color and configuration to match their unique design vision, making this trailer a versatile choice for both professional builders and DIY homeowners.
